We are currently recruiting for a Senior Housekeeping Assistant at Hand Picked Hotels.
Stanbrook Abbey Hotel in Worcester has recently had a £4.2m renovation, meticulously designed to celebrate the country house hotel’s heritage, and introduced the new brasserie-style dining experience in The Refectory restaurant, situated in the site of the original nun’s cafeteria, as well as eight new bedrooms situated on the second floor with a further seven rooms built in the original schoolhouse in St Anne’s Wing, bringing the total number of bedrooms to 70.
About the role:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our hard working team and help keep our stunning hotels and bedrooms clean and looking beautiful.
If you enjoy dusting, hoovering and making surfaces sparkle then your day will fly by working in this role!
The contract will be fulfilling 32 hours per week, with hours ranging between 8am - 7:30pm.
About you:
- You’ll have some housekeeping or cleaning experience and feel comfortable working both alone and as part of a team in a fast-paced, busy environment
- You’ll have an eye for detail noticing things others often don’t
- You’ll take pride in delivering consistently high standards
- Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and helpful manner as our teams work together to ensure our guests are happy
