RBH currently have an opportunity for a Governance Coordinator to join our Legal and Governance Team to provide an efficient and effective business administrative and governance support service to the Group.
Coordinating and facilitating the Governing Body meetings, including the production of meeting packs, coordination and submission of reports, you’ll produce clear and concise minutes, whilst maintaining action plans to ensure clear governance is maintained. You’ll support the Secretary and Governance Manager, establish and maintain a close and positive relationship with governing body members and act as the first point of contact for general enquires and relevant updates.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
- Is GCSE educated A – C, or equivalent to include Maths and English
- Holds a business administration qualification or demonstrable experience at similar level
- Has previous experience of working in Governance
- Is Computer user of IT including working knowledge o Microsoft Office packages and Office 365.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers, including external stakeholders to arrange and meet challenging tie bound objectives.
- Has the ability to communicate, handle and store information with care so that confidentiality is maintained.
- Works to develop a one-team culture, improving collaboration across the business to achieve excellent results.
- An understanding of the regulatory regimes affecting the housing sector, e.g. Regulatory of Social Housing, Financial Conduct Authority, Companies House etc.
