Job Summary:
The Eccomerce & Supply Assistant will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain from raw materials to finished goods, including inventory control, purchasing, shipping, and receiving. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire supply chain from raw materials to finished goods.
- Manage purchasing of raw materials and purchase orders.
- Prepare purchase orders and invoices for purchase orders.
- Prepare shipping labels and customs forms.
- Prepare documentation such as bills of lading, bills of sale, and purchase orders.
- Prepare documentation such as bills of lading, bills of sale and purchase orders.
- Prepare quality documentation such as quality certificates.
- Prepare documentation such as quality certificates.

- Prepare documentation such as invoices or reports on cost performance metrics on material usage or consumption on the production line or other areas where cost control is important.
Skills:
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong intermediate skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets) and other Google products (Calendar).
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience but is not necessary
