Job description

We are looking for a part-time Retail Assistant to work in our store located in University Hospital, Coventry.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

*Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

*Providing a fitting room service for customers

*Processing transactions through the till system

*Replenishing of stock and cleaning

The ideal candidate will have:

*Previous retail experience

*Excellent communication skills

*The ability to show professional customer service skills/experience

*The ability to be comfortable with lone working

*Flexibility is required to cover staff holidays and sickness

The benefits: Our benefits package includes on-going staff training, 28 days annual leave pro-rata (inclusive of Bank Holidays), 30% staff discount and a monthly uniform allowance to spend on our clothing!

Working hours – 12 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), some weekend work will be required to cover staff absence and holidays.
