Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
