Job Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items.
- Take and accurately record food and beverage orders.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Upsell additional items and specials.
- Process payments and provide accurate change.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
