Job description
Administration assistant required for immediate start working alongside existing team for easy administration tasks.
I need you to ideally possess the following essential skills:
- Excellent communication skills
 - Knowledge of project management procedures
 - Good organisation and administrative skills
 - A keen eye for detail
 
Day to day activities
- Email management
 - Writing up quotes and order confirmations
 - To update and maintain the driver pipeline and check that all details are correct for the planning department
 - To check all collected and delivered vehicles, insuring any issues are spotted and reported.
 - Work alongside our other admin staff to ensure customer service levels are being met
