We are one of the country's leading providers of language training to companies and government departments and work with a large network of language trainers across multiple languages and locations.
We are now looking for a Course Administrator to join the team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The role will primarily act as a key point of contact for course administrative queries, performing all administrative tasks involved in course management and accurate processing of course administration data to support the Account Managers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Responding to teacher and student queries
- Monitoring team email inboxes
- Creating course timelines in Excel, updating on a monthly basis by cross-checking against lesson attendance records and investigating/highlighting discrepancies
- Create course documentation, report templates and attendance sheets
- Logging receipt of progress reports from teachers
- Enrolling students/teachers to courses
- Arranging covers for teachers
- Liaising with students and teachers to confirm lesson schedules and room allocations
- Updating various Excel spreadsheets with data at key points in the month, identifying, investigating and correcting mistakes/discrepancies
- Setting up course records in the database accurately and precisely
- Updating course records with up to date information
- Uploading various reports on the systems
- Setting up accounts to access VLE platform for new trainers and students
- Placing and coordinating book orders (keep records accurate)
- Arranging delivery of materials to the Language centre, teachers and students
- Liaising with Finance department to resolve discrepancies over teacher pay claims
- General office duties required for the smooth running of day-to-day operations
The ideal person in the role will:
- Have excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Have excellent Excel skills
- Be very comfortable with technology
- Able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Be an articulate and good communicator – both written and spoken
- Data entry and verification skills
Experience in an administrative role is essential. Willingness to work hard, an aptitude for learning and solution/ result orientation will determine success in the role.
This is a remote role working fully from home, although there may be a need to meet with other London-based colleagues for occasional team days.
