Bar Staff
Permanent position, full or part time
Duties:
- Ensure bar area and equipment is kept cleanlin and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of beverages, including mixing and garnishing drinks according to recipes or customer preferences.
- Take customer orders and serve drinks in a timely and friendly manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, giving change, and providing receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Assist in serving tables and clearing empty glasses and dishes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food orders.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of bar equipment and drink recipes is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
